What we collect
We collect the information you give us to run your portal: your name, email, the time you log, the work we track for you, and billing details. If you connect your Google Calendar, we read the time and the title of your events so we can show them in your week. We never read the contents, description, attachments, or attendees of your events.
How we use it
We use this information only to run the portal for you: to show your hours, your work, your team, your billing, and your combined time view. We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.
How we protect it
Your data is hosted in the European Union (Ireland). It is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is protected by row level security so each client can only ever see their own data, and administrative access is limited and logged. Google Calendar access tokens are stored on our servers only, are never sent to your browser, and are never shared. If we ever become aware of a data breach that affects you, we will notify you without undue delay.
AI and machine learning
We do not use any data obtained through Google Workspace APIs (including Google Calendar) to develop, improve, or train any generalized or specialized artificial intelligence or machine learning model. This restriction applies both to Aiconic and to any AI provider we work with.
Google API Services
Aiconic's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google (OAuth) and your calendar
When you connect your Google Calendar, you sign in with Google and grant read only access to your calendar. We read the times and titles of your events to build your week view. We never write to your calendar, never change it, and never read event contents. You can disconnect at any time, which stops all access and hides the imported blocks.
Who else sees it
Your data stays within Aiconic and the service providers that run the portal for us (our hosting and database provider, and our email provider). We share your data with no one else. Your calendar and your private information are yours alone and are never shared with other clients.
How long we keep it
We keep your logged time and imported calendar blocks while your account is active so your week view stays complete. When you disconnect your calendar, we deactivate that connection and hide its imported blocks. When you close your account, we remove your personal data on request.
What you can do
You can disconnect your calendar at any time from the portal. You can ask us to export or delete your data. Contact us at carlos@aiconichub.com.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, where the change is significant, tell you in the portal.
